Empire Tractor is one of the major tractor parts suppliers that operates two warehouse locations. The company required an integrated system that could keep track of inventory in both warehouses, record sales, perform employee management, and maintain proper accounting records.

The Key Challenge

Inefficient inventory tracking, limited sales visibility, manual HR processes, and unorganized accounting and vendor management caused operational gaps and reduced productivity.
